    Liability Insurance

  • The minimum rental period is 2 nights, with a maximum of 1 month.

  • A damage deposit of $500.00 is required via credit card prior to pick up. Your liability is not limited by the amount of the damage deposit. You are responsible for the full amount of all damages, rental charges, or loss of use caused, in addition to the damage deposit. Your deposit will be returned, minus any damages, rental charges, or fees associated with loss of use, within 7 days after the vehicle is returned. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that there is enough credit limit to cover the damage deposit, full payment, and any other fees. No refund will be given at the time of pick-up if a suitable credit card is not presented.

  • Rental reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to the pick-up date will not be charged. Rental reservations cancelled 6 days or less prior to the pick-up date will be charged 25% of the full rental amount. While we understand that plans can and do change, often due to unforeseen and sometimes unpleasant events, our cancellation terms are final and binding. We highly recommend all rental clients consider purchasing traveler’s insurance to protect themselves from last-minute cancellations.

  • Yes! MOA is all about getting people outside, and that includes our littlest campers.

  • In the event of any mechanical issues, please contact us immediately.

  • If you only need part of the gear to rent for your adventure (e.g., Gazelle iKamper tent, Solo Stove, Thule roof box), please contact us (subject to availability).

  • Make sure to take care of matters at the site of the accident, including getting the information from the parties involved such as license plates, driver's license number, insurance information, etcetera. Most importantly, make sure to have the police come to the site of the accident and provide an accident report. Also, call us immediately to report the accident so that we can help you make it home safely.

  • Wherever your desire takes you! Consider public lands in state or national parks, BLM or National Forest, as well as private parks (with permission).

  • You can drive it as far as you want to pay for! The daily rental rate includes 200 miles per day. If you exceed the total miles allowed per your reservation (daily mileage X # of days), you will be charged $0.50 per mile over the total amount. You can also purchase additional miles at the time of booking.
